hAP ax S is a cost-effective Wi-Fi 6 access point designed for high performance and long-term flexibility. It features a triple-chain 5 GHz radio with real-world throughput around 800–900 Mbit/s, delivering smooth streaming, faster downloads, and stable connections across multiple devices—even in crowded environments.
Hardware-wise, it offers dual-band Wi-Fi 6, five Gigabit Ethernet ports, and a 2.5G SFP port. A dual-core ARM CPU powers RouterOS v7 for advanced routing and wireless control, while PoE-in/PoE-out support, a standard DC jack, and a USB port provide deployment flexibility. The sturdy enclosure is also built for practical installation, including wall mounting.
Compared with many mid-range, mass-produced routers, hAP ax S delivers more capability and longevity out of the box. It can also serve as a dedicated Wi-Fi 6 VR streaming access point for PC VR headsets, enabling higher resolution and lower latency without cables—while still providing the full performance and future-proof features of RouterOS v7.
